TAKOMA TRANSPORTATION STUDY
PUBLIC MEETINGS
MEETING #1: Thursday, May 15, 635 Aspen Street, NW.,
The Takoma Park Baptist Church
MEETING #2: Thursday, May 22, 7500 Maple Avenue,
The Takoma Park, MD Municipal Bldg.,
TIME: Both Meetings will be held from 7 pm to 9 pm
These are the Final Two public meetings of the Takoma Transportation Study
before release of the Final Report.
Meeting #2 will be broadcast live on Takoma Park City TV -- channel 13 on
Comcast and Starpower cable systems. It will replay on Tuesday May 27 at 1
PM and 9 PM and on additional dates in June.
At these meetings representatives from the District Department of
Transportation (DDOT), the City of Takoma Park, Maryland, and project
consultants, DMJM Harris will present the final findings and recommendations
of the Takoma Transportation Study. This meeting will provide the final
opportunity for community comment before the final report is released in
July 2003.
Please share this information with your neighbors and other interested
stakeholders. Come out and let your voice be heard on May 15th and 22nd!
